New larger size will increase your production! These melters are incredibly easy to set up and use and will melt 12 lbs. (7 quarts) of wax in approximately 30 minutes! High-melting-point waxes or gel may take about 45 minutes.
We have been using these handy melters extensively for years in our candle-making classes because they are fast and reliable.
This model features a convenient spigot that lets you dispense the right amount of wax without having to ladle it out of the pot. The melter also comes almost fully assembled, the legs need to be installed before using.
Simple and easy to use, and has a non-stick surface so it cleans up easily in between uses. Uses a standard outlet.
We do not recommend using this melter for soap. A 1000-watt heater will not burn your wax and gives you more control of your temperature.
When the melter is set up with the lid on, it is 10 inches high. This is measured from the bottom of the feet to the top of the handle. The melter is 12 inches wide from handle to handle.
