25 lb. Direct Heat Melters (2 styles) for Wax, Candle Gel, Oils & Soap

We love these new melters for heating candle waxes, oils, butters, and melt and pour soaps. They measure approximately. 15" high by 12 inches wide, and are a perfect table top size for home or in-store use.  This unit plugs into a standard outlet and the heater is 1500 watts so it uses about 20% less electric than your stove.

The stainless steel tank is 9 inches wide and 10 inches high. It can hold 3 gallons or 25 pounds of product when melted. Ingredients with lower meltpoints will become liquid within 15-20 minutes.  Ingredients with higher meltpoints will take longer (up to 2 hours) depending on the item.

Two styles:

The adjustable temperature gauge style is ideal for anyone needing to melt a variety of products that each need different temperatures such as melt and pour soap, soap oils, candle wax and candle gel.  This style handles it all!

The IP model is ideal for melting sensitive plant waxes such as soy or coconut where temperatures need to be very stable or the wax will burn.  This style is set for 185 degrees F and will keep your sensitive waxes at the same temperature all day without burning.

The tank can be cleaned easily by wiping it when warm. If you are color and scenting in the tank, then valve can easily be cleaned by heating water and letting it run through the ball valve port.

We offer a 1 year warranty (from the date of purchase) on this product.  If for any reason the melter fails, just return it to us and we will repair or replace it for you.  (Please note that return shipping is NOT included in the warranty)
