Cocamidopropyl Betaine (CAPB or Bubble Up)

Cocamidopropyl betaine (CAPB or Bubble Up) is a mild surfactant that comes from coconut oil and dimethylaminopropylamine (DMAPA), 

It is commonly used as a secondary foaming agent in shampoo, liquid soaps, body washes, and bath bombs. It is also a mild cleanser, medium-strength surfactant, emulsifier, and thickener.  

Cocamidoprypyl betaine can also be used in pet shampoos, cleansing lotions, shower gels, toothpaste, makeup removers, and laundry detergent.

Usage rate:  4-40% of formula
