Tips & Tricks:
Try using hydrosols instead of distilled water for a bit of botanical goodness. Replace 50% of the water with a hydrosol. You may not even have to add additional fragrance!
This recipe can be made in bulk batches and then scented and colored later. Here is the recipe for making a gallon;
98.6 oz. Distilled water (88.1%)
5.1 oz. Vegetable Glycerin (2%)
1.3 oz. Preservative (0.6%)
15.4 oz. Decyl Glucoside (6.2%)
6.4 oz. Cocamidopropyl Betaine (2.4%)
1.3 oz. Fragrance or Essential Oil (.7%)
Have fun creating your own Foaming Hand Soaps! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
