This class is designed for those soap makers who are already comfortable with making their own batches of CP soap that want to dive into the world of working with color and swirling.
Students will learn the differences between the different colorants - micas, lakes, oxides and natural vegetable colorants, how to use them and what can go wrong.
Different swirling techniques, patterns and how to choose color combinations will also be discussed in detail with many different examples shown in class.
Previous experience making cold process soaps is helpful but not required before taking this class.
