Description
Warning - macaron making is extremely fun and addictive! There are so many possibilities and they are fast and easy.
This silicone mold holds 5.3 oz. of wax or soap (150 grams) and makes 3 macarons at a time. You can make 9 macarons from 1 lb. of wax.
The detail is so realistic that you won't be able to tell your creations from the real thing! Great for wax or melt & pour soap.
How to use this mold:
- Melt 5.3 oz. of wax or melt & pour soap. Color and scent as desired
- Pour wax or soap into each cavity and save extra wax for the icing middle.
- Allow at least 30-45 minutes to cool. Additional time may be needed for cooling depending on wax or soap type used.
- Remove halves from mold, reheat wax or soap and let cool until thick but pourable.
- Pour enough wax or soap to almost cover 1 side of the macaron. Press the other side on top and squeeze slightly.
- If you want a candle - drill 7/64" hole through the macaron and insert a pre-tabbed votive wick.
